Why You Should Take the June ACT Test

March 22, 2017UncategorizedNo commentsNiki Lopez

Are you a junior planning on applying to college next fall? Then we highly advise registering now for the June ACT test. The June ACT is ideal for many students because there are no other test dates offered in the summer and because early decision college applications are often due November 1.

The June ACT Allows for a Backup Plan

The next test date after June is September, so if you are applying for colleges in the fall, that September test will be your only chance to get your scores before applications are due. We HIGHLY recommend allowing yourself time for a retake test. This eases the stress of the first test since you know you can always take it again, which often results in a higher score. If you don’t perform well on the first test, you want to have the reassurance that you can study and take it a second time.

June ACT

SO – if you want to allow for taking two tests, and you need your test scores before November 1, the June ACT is an absolute essential. If you get a great score on the June test – wonderful! You don’t have to worry about it anymore and can enjoy the rest of your summer. If you score lower than you hoped, you have several months to prepare for the September test.

Test Prep for June ACT

Convinced yet? The next step is to sign up for an ACT prep course for the June test. Registrations for the class leading up the June 10th testing date are open now. The first class starts on March 26th, but registrations will continue through April 8th. Contact us now to sign up! You can reach us at 720-216-2222 or info@eliteacademics.com.
